About this build
The three-story Emerald City build brings together shops, a map room and the Wizard's balloon. Five Wicked mini-dolls let the setting function as a character scene rather than just a façade.
Planning a display spot
The tower is over 39 cm high and about 37 cm wide, so plan for a relatively tall and broad shelf. Keep the front accessible to see the different stories and place the small street details around the base.
